Why MetCon5? Even More Custom

As you’ve read in our blog before, we customize more than the cover at MetCon5.  Our goal is to provide the coolest possible MetCon5 Crossfit Training Log for your clients.

Case in point was the custom journal that we did for Crossfit Waterloo.  They wanted to have a hybrid log that included the workout journal and fuel5 food journal all in one.

We also moved the monthly planning to the front of the journal and the strength and benchmark tracking to the front.
